  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 9.25 oz bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the beef mixture in the baking dish, followed by half of the cream mixture, one cup of cheese, and half of the crushed Doritos. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
