Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just mixed; fill donut pan halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; fold in strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
- Cut each donut in half horizontally and fill with strawberry cream mixture.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over filled donuts; add pink food coloring if desired.
- Allow to set before serving.
