- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss halved strawberries with balsamic vinegar, honey, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
- To assemble, spread the whipped feta on a serving plate. Top with roasted strawberries and drizzle with olive oil.
- Garnish with fresh herbs or sesame seeds if desired.
