Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine dairy-free milk and apple cider vinegar in a mixing bowl; let sit to curdle.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda in another bowl.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners and fill them 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For frosting, beat dairy-free butter until creamy; add icing sugar gradually and mix until fluffy.
- Decorate cooled cupcakes with frosting; create bat wings using melted chocolate and Oreos.
