  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot and placing a large heatproof bowl over it.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows in the bowl, whisking until smooth (2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, mix in salt and red food coloring until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, add Rice Bubbles and pour the melted mixture over them, mixing until evenly coated.
  5. Oil your hands and shape the mixture into oval brain forms, using a butter knife to create dents and adding veins with more food coloring.
