Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, chilled vegan butter, and sugar until crumbly. Add cold water gradually until dough forms; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Toss apple slices with sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Roll out the pastry dough into a circle and fit it into the tart pan.
- Spread melted vegan butter on the crust, then add the apple filling evenly.
- Bake for about 70 minutes until golden brown and tender.
