  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Soften each pint of ice cream at room temperature.
  3. Cut the cooled cake horizontally in half and layer with strawberry ice cream first, followed by the second layer of cake topped with mint chocolate chip ice cream.
  4. Add a final layer of blueberry ice cream on top and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; color as desired with food coloring.
  6. Frost the frozen cake with whipped cream, create swirls, and decorate with glitter and sprinkles.
