Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium; melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese (optional), honey (optional), and thyme; simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it; heat through for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
