- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet.
- Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth and stir in the butter mixture until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat well with the sauce; simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
