Instructions
- For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into serving cups.
- For the filling: Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream and fold into the mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
- For the topping: Pulse freeze-dried strawberries and Oreos in a food processor; mix with melted butter.
- Assemble by sprinkling the crunch topping over the cheesecake layer and adding fresh strawberry topping.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
