- 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or Italian mix)
- 2 tbsp milk or cream
- sliced avocado
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried herbs on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the steak for 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into a skillet over low heat; gently stir until softly set. Add cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
- Serve the steak alongside cheesy scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes topped with avocado slices and cream cheese.
