Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9 x 9 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth; whisk in sugars.
- In a stand mixer, beat eggs until frothy; gradually add the chocolate mixture.
- Combine dry ingredients and fold into the wet mixture; pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes; cool before cutting into squares.
- For coating, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil; dip each brownie square until fully coated.
- Decorate with icing to create bandage patterns and attach candy eyes.
