- 1 lb strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled or goat cheese)
- 1/4 cup candied pecans
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the washed spinach and sliced strawberries. Add crumbled feta cheese and gently toss.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic glaze, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with candied pecans before serving.
