- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Stir in the cooled butter mixture and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
- For decoration, pipe melted white chocolate onto the brownies in a spider web design.
