- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar

- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine white vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Add paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cinnamon; mix well to create the marinade.
- Place beef chunks in a large bowl and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef to the pot and brown on all sides (about 5–7 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for approximately one hour or until beef is tender.
