  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper; add to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and vinegar or broth; simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and mix until smooth.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet; toss to coat with sauce. Serve immediately in bowls alongside garlic bread.
