- 24 large mushrooms
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Hollow out the mushroom caps and reserve the stems.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage with diced onion and chopped mushroom stems until browned.
- Drain excess grease, then mix in Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, and parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes until tender; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for another 3 minutes until melted.
