Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Roll the warm cake in a towel dusted with powdered sugar and let cool.
- For filling, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Unroll cooled cake, spread filling evenly, sprinkle chopped Reese's cups, then re-roll.
- Top with chocolate ganache and garnish as desired.
