- Ice (1 ½ cups for raspberry layer, 1 cup for mango layer)
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the raspberry layer: Combine raspberries, agave syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and set aside.
- Blend the mango layer: Clean the blender and blend mangoes, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and ice until smooth.
- Layer the daiquiris: Fill each glass halfway with the raspberry mixture and slowly pour the mango mixture on top to create layers.
- Garnish and serve: Add a mint sprig to each glass and enjoy immediately.
