Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter using an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla until just combined.
- Gradually stir in dry ingredients until moistened; do not over-mix. Fold in chocolate chunks and raspberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
