Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, pumpkin puree, almond flour, Parmesan cheese (if using), egg, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into balls. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
