  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and place them in a gallon-size resealable bag with granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Seal and shake until coated.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar.
  4. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the butter mixture on top, then add the remaining pieces followed by the rest of the butter mixture.
