  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, pumpkin spice, and salt. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and butter until smooth; add sugars, egg yolk, and vanilla.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  4. Roll dough into balls and coat in coarse sugar before placing on the prepared sheet.
  5. For the filling, whisk together egg, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin spice, milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until smooth.
