- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
- In a baking dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides before placing them in the skillet.
- Cook each slice for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the pumpkin butter by mixing softened butter with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until fluffy.
