Instructions

  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth. If desired, add food coloring.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, spread evenly, and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Once chilled, roll into small balls using buttered hands.
  5. Roll each truffle in granulated sugar for coating.
