- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 11×7 baking dish with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt; mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish and bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
- Spread the pumpkin pie filling evenly over the crust.
- Layer butterscotch chips, toffee bits, and chopped pecans on top.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers.
- Bake again for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Cool completely in the pan before refrigerating; cut into bars once chilled.
