Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Toss diced sweet potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground meat until browned, then mix in tomato paste and spices; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, layer the cooked meat, roasted sweet potatoes, sliced avocado.
