- 1 cup marshmallows

Instructions
- Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt together corn syrup, butter, cold water, confectioners' sugar, and marshmallows over medium heat until smooth and boiling.
- Pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
- Grease your hands with cooking spray and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls.
- Wrap each ball in cellophane for storage at room temperature.
