Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (5-7 minutes) and drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and pizza sauce; remove from heat.
- Press half of the pizza dough into a greased pie dish.
- Fill with the meat mixture and layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Roll out remaining dough to cover the filling; seal edges well.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
