Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine sirloin, bell peppers, mushrooms, soup mix, water, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the meat using a fork or meat masher once cooked.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
- Stir cooked pasta into the slow cooker with shredded meat and Boursin cheese until combined.
- Layer Provolone cheese on top and cover until melted (about 7 minutes).
- Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
