  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 3 jalapeño peppers, diced
  • Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the top sirloin steaks into thick pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the steak in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned; set aside to cool.
  3. In the same skillet, cook diced onions in butter until softened; add bell peppers and other diced peppers until tender.
  4. Chop the cooled steak and combine it with sautéed vegetables and softened cream cheese in a bowl; mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with provolone cheese, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
