- 1 pound beef top sirloin steaks
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- ½ pound provolone cheese, grated
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, diced
- 3 jalapeño peppers, diced
- Worcestershire sauce
- cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Slice the top sirloin steaks into thick pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned; set aside to cool.
- In the same skillet, cook diced onions in butter until softened; add bell peppers and other diced peppers until tender.
- Chop the cooled steak and combine it with sautéed vegetables and softened cream cheese in a bowl; mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with provolone cheese, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
