Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until blended.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder; gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Peel and chop the pears into small pieces; fold them into the batter with cinnamon and sugar.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to slice and serve.
