  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
  4. Combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheesecake filling and dot with cold butter.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown; cool completely before slicing.
