- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
- ½ cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
- Combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheesecake filling and dot with cold butter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown; cool completely before slicing.
