Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Parmesan cheese mixed with breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each cutlet for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
