- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 36 pretzel sticks
- 12 small candy eyeballs
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl. Microwave for about one minute until smooth.
- Break pretzel sticks in half to create legs, then twist apart each Oreo cookie.
- Insert pretzel halves into the cream side of each Oreo and cover with melted chocolate. Press the other half back on top.
- Dip assembled cookies in melted chocolate, add candy eyeballs, and sprinkle for decoration.
- Chill cookies in the fridge for about 10 minutes until set.
