  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • cup milk
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and spices. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and milk; bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth. Add linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Serve the pasta topped with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley if desired.
