- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- cup milk
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and spices. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and milk; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth. Add linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve the pasta topped with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley if desired.
