- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 medium/large potatoes
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
- 1 TBSP each of Au Jus Gravy Mix and Ranch seasoning
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into cubes.
- Toss potato cubes with olive oil and seasonings.
- Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil and dry seasonings.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Combine cooked potatoes with chicken in the skillet; mix well.
- Top with cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts.
