  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 115 g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
  • 80 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Stir in egg yolk; add cold water if needed.
  3. Press dough into a pie dish or muffin tin and chill while preparing the filling.
  4. Mix diced apple, mixed berries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch in another bowl.
  5. Fill chilled crusts with the berry and apple mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
