- 160 g all-purpose flour
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 115 g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- 80 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Stir in egg yolk; add cold water if needed.
- Press dough into a pie dish or muffin tin and chill while preparing the filling.
- Mix diced apple, mixed berries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch in another bowl.
- Fill chilled crusts with the berry and apple mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
