- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 12 oz mini Reese’s, chopped
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk; mix well.
- In another bowl, whip cold heavy cream with vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Layer the peanut butter cheesecake mixture in serving cups followed by chopped Reese’s and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Repeat layers.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with half a mini Reese's.
- Chill the trifles in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
