Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; mix well and press into mini tart pans.
- Bake crusts for 8–10 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
- Whisk butterscotch pudding mix with cold milk for 2–3 minutes until thick; chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture.
- Fill cooled tart shells with butterscotch filling and top with remaining whipped cream.
- Drizzle with butterscotch sauce before serving.
