Instructions
- Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes until soft-boiled. Cool under cold water, peel, and halve.
- Toast your slice of sourdough or whole-grain bread until golden brown.
- Spread diced avocado generously over the toasted bread. Top with halved eggs.
- Add feta cubes, sliced cherry tomatoes, and green olives.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley.
