Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare the chocolate cake batter according to package instructions and pour it into the pan.
- In a separate bowl, blend ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; spoon over the cake batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; let cool completely.
- Mix pudding with cold milk until thickened; fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled cake and chill for at least four hours or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve.
