Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the diced onion and ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and refried beans until well combined and heated through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread half of the soup mixture in a baking dish, then layer with torn tortillas.
- Add half of the beef mixture followed by one cup of cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with the last of the cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
