- 1 cup powdered sugar for glaze
- 2–3 tbsp key lime juice for glaze

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour your Bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Gradually add sugar to the mixture, beating well after each addition to ensure smoothness.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to incorporate fully.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to the batter mixture until just combined.
- Stir in key lime juice, zest, vanilla extract, and food coloring if desired.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Spoon the chilled key lime cream filling in a ring around the center of the batter; avoid touching the edges.
- Carefully top with remaining batter and smooth out the surface.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with key lime juice until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle over cooled cake and let set before slicing into delicious pieces!
