- 1 oz fresh key lime juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut (like Coco López)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
- 2 tbsp softened cream cheese
- 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream for topping
- Graham cracker crumbs for rimming
- Lime wheel or wedge for garnish
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glass: Rim the glass with key lime juice and dip it into graham cracker crumbs.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine vanilla extract, key lime juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, heavy cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth.
