- 24 black olives
- 6 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp dried chives
- 1 medium cucumber (cut into slices)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, green onions, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping tool or Ziploc bag with a cut corner for easy piping.
- Generously pipe the filling onto each cucumber slice.
- Place one whole black olive in the center of each filled cucumber slice.
- Slice any remaining olives in half lengthwise for spider legs; cut each half into four pieces.
- Arrange four olive legs on either side of each whole olive.
