  • 6 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 medium cucumber (cut into slices)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, green onions, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a piping tool or Ziploc bag with a cut corner for easy piping.
  3. Generously pipe the filling onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Place one whole black olive in the center of each filled cucumber slice.
  5. Slice any remaining olives in half lengthwise for spider legs; cut each half into four pieces.
  6. Arrange four olive legs on either side of each whole olive.
