Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain and set aside.
- Sauté onions, celery, and bell pepper in the same skillet until tender.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Mix in jalapeno and garlic; cook briefly before adding spices.
- Stir in turkey bacon, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and bone broth.
- Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes. Serve hot topped with cheddar cheese.
