Ingredients
- 3 tsp salted butter, softened
- 2 slices bread (sourdough or whole grain recommended)
- 1/2 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 3 tsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread mascarpone cheese, layer the sliced bananas on top, and drizzle with honey.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and grill each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut in half and serve hot.
