- Olive oil spray or melted butter
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour and spices in a bowl until well combined.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, coating each piece thoroughly in the flour mixture.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, lightly spray with olive oil, and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
