- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet; add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth; simmer and reduce by half. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until thickened.
- Combine cooked pasta and chicken with the sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
